Super Ultimate Cows on Steroids!?!

As I was surfing the web, I came across a very interesting article about Belgium cows. They are very big muscular cows. Their muscle mass is so big they don't have to shave the hair to see it.

You might think they used steroids or some chemical for the cows to be that big. You're wrong, this specific breed of cows is a result of successful selective breeding. They chose the biggest male and female to mate with each other and made sure the gene responsible for this amazingly distinctive muscle mass is always available.

In our time, they are using computer technology to scan the sperm of the cow and make sure the gene is there and then they conduct artificial mating. They control the mating and the offspring by artificially masturbating the cow and taking the selected sperm and then inject it into the female cow.

I think the reasons for such selective breeding is the excessive production of milk; Also maybe for the better ability of performing clean cuts on the cow.
